Zenith Diversion Services provides a streamlined, secure intake process for municipal courts, probation departments, and caseworkers. To maintain strict data integrity and judicial accountability, all participant referrals must be submitted through our administrative portal or coordinated directly with our intake office.
How the Referral Process Works
- Submit the Secure Form: Authorized court personnel or caseworkers can fill out the intake referral form below.
- Document Verification: Our administrative office will review the submitted court mandates or probation directives within 24 business hours.
- Participant Scheduling: Once verified, our team will reach out directly to the participant to schedule their mandatory in-person screening and assign them to their class track.
